Senior authority on flying standards. Verifies PIREPs, approves rank promotions and command upgrades, and investigates reported violations of the code of conduct.

Runs day-to-day dispatch: aircraft assignments per hub, callsign usage, cruise profiles and coordination of group departures on the Expert Server.

Maintains the rank ladder and logbook records, tracks hour thresholds, and designs tours and challenges that count towards career progression.

Owns the route database: adds and retires flight numbers, verifies airports, distances and block times, and publishes each updated release.

Writes and maintains the entry test and training material, and mentors cadets through their first sectors and A330-900neo type familiarisation.
