Typical block fuel for a 1-hour sector is around 4,000 kg. Step climbs are rarely needed; flap 3 or full is standard for our short runways such as VDPP 05/23.

The long-haul flagship

Rank access: Unlocked at Senior First Officer after 100 verified hours
Plan an initial cruise of FL360 at heavy weights and step to FL380/FL400 en route. Long-haul sectors above 8 hours require Captain rank or event dispatch approval.

Fleet management
How aircraft are allocated
Each hub has a based fleet, and dispatch expects you to fly the type based at the departure station for the flight number you select. The Operations Manager reviews this allocation as the network grows.
